Holly has been working so hard! We started together in late May. The scale hasn’t been our main concern, but she’s close to a 40 pound weight loss and several clothing sizes down.
Her intensity in the gym is great. She’s super fast and strong and goes with minimal breaks. Holly also does a lot of cardio on her own and by walking her dog, Rocky, up to 5 miles just about every day. One major amazing thing about Holly is that she has been working 2 jobs, 7 days a week. She’s still getting in all of this exercise. She’s eating really well (not on a restrictive diet at all). She’s making huge progress! Wtg Holly! I need to keep up with that energy!
