I’ve been working on this little thing lately, and I’m finally done! So many people that I have worked with over the past 12 years have some sort of dysfunction at some point in time. Either when they come in to start in the gym or as they grow in their workout program. How can I help? By finding these dysfunctions and helping reduce them.
